              HOT WEATHER POLICY

Club events held outdoors during the hotter months will be subject to cancellation without notice if the forecast temperature for the day of the event is above 37C.  The forecast temperature for the event day will be taken from the previous evening ABC radio or TV forecast.

Sunday 24th November             Macclesfield Strawberry Fair

Meet at Meadows bakery at 9.15 for a 9.45am getaway. There is plenty of parking at the rear of the bakery. We must be at the Strawberry fair by 10am. Enter only off the Strathalbyn Road at the northern end of the oval.

Sunday 8th December             Christmas lunch at the Lockleys Hotel

493 Henley Beach Road Fulham. Plenty of parking at the rear of the hotel. Arrive at 12 midday for a 12.30 lunch.  3 Course meal $30 per head  Any special dietary requirements please advise Bob Verrall prior to the event.

Saturday 11th January 2020     Evening Run to the Magill Club

Meet at the Welland Shopping Centre 522 Port Road at 5.15pm for a 5.45pm cruise to the Magill Club for a barbeque dinner at 7pm. Cost $18 per person
